Problem Solving

Problem Solving is about tackling challenges with a mix of creative and analytical thinking to find effective solutions. It starts with understanding the true nature of the problem—distinguishing between what seems to be the issue and what it actually is. This involves gathering information from different sources to see the full picture and analyzing each part to uncover patterns or connections that might lead to answers.

Effective problem solving means thinking of multiple possible solutions, staying open to fresh and innovative ideas. Once the best solution is identified—one that both addresses the problem and aligns with L&D goals—it’s put into action. From there, problem solvers monitor how well the solution is working and remain flexible, ready to make adjustments or explore new options if needed. This process ensures that challenges are resolved in a way that drives meaningful progress and success.
